Returns – I Repair Orkney Ltd
I Repair Orkney offers a 14-day return period on phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, accessories and unopened/undamaged custom PCs. Returns are not accepted for software or digital licences, items damaged through misuse or unauthorised repair, or custom PCs with tampered internals or software. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please report this within 48 hours so we can repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, with return postage covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Exchanges may be offered if stock is available. After the 14-day period, products are covered under our 12-month warranty, which provides repair or replacement where applicable.
