๐ Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. โ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a ยฃ10 fee to cover allocated time. โฑ๏ธ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. ๐ Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. ๐ ๏ธ If additional issues are found during repair, weโll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. ๐ณ Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. ๐งฐ Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected).
