Our Virus & Malware Removal service provides a full system cleanup to restore performance, speed, and stability. What’s included: Comprehensive scan for viruses, malware, spyware, and adware. Removal of malicious files and hidden threats. System optimization to restore normal performance. Security recommendations to help prevent future infections. This is a fixed-price service of £50 for standard cleanups. If more advanced work is required (e.g., ransomware removal or data recovery), you’ll be given a clear quote before we proceed. Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected). Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty covering any faulty parts fitted during the service. ✅ If a fitted part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. ❌ Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair. 📍 Appointment Info All repairs are completed at our shop: 🧭 East Road – Next to Williamson’s Butchers 🚗 Free visitor parking available
