Service Description
Our PC Diagnostics service is designed to get to the root of your computer issues quickly and professionally. Whether your PC won’t boot, keeps crashing, runs unbearably slow, or throws up mysterious error messages — we’ll put it through a full set of diagnostic tests to identify hardware faults, software errors, overheating problems, failing drives, and more. During the 1-hour session, we: Run complete hardware checks (CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU). Perform in-depth software scans for errors, viruses, and corruption. Inspect cooling systems and check for overheating. Provide you with a clear breakdown of the issue and recommended next steps. By booking this service, you’ll get peace of mind and expert advice from a certified technician. If repairs are required, you’ll receive a no-obligation quote, and the diagnostic fee may be deducted from the total repair cost (depending on service).
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected). Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty covering any faulty parts fitted during the service. ✅ If a fitted part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. ❌ Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair. 📍 Appointment Info All repairs are completed at our shop: 🧭 East Road – Next to Williamson’s Butchers 🚗 Free visitor parking available
