Service Description
Dropped your iPhone 14 Pro in the sink, sea, bath, or bog? Don’t panic — but don’t delay. Water damage can corrode internal components fast, so early treatment gives you the best shot at saving it. This service includes a full water damage diagnostic & treatment process, starting with ultrasonic cleaning and board-level inspection. What we do: Full teardown and internal inspection Ultrasonic cleaning of all logic board components Testing of screen, battery, Face ID, cameras, charging, and more Report of what’s working, what’s not, and what’s repairable Quote for any parts needed (we won’t go ahead without your OK) Common symptoms of liquid damage: Device won’t power on Stuck in boot loop or randomly shuts down No charging / overheating Display or touchscreen flickering No sound, no Face ID, or ghost touches ⚠️ Important Notes: This is not a guaranteed fix. Some water-damaged phones can be fully recovered. Some can’t. If recovery fails, there’s no charge beyond this diagnostic fee. If successful, we’ll apply the fee toward any additional repairs needed. Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected).
