No sound when playing music, YouTube, alarms, or speakerphone calls? Muffled, distorted, or totally silent? You likely need a loudspeaker replacement. This repair restores your bottom-firing loudspeaker, responsible for all audio output when you're not using headphones or the earpiece. Typical symptoms: • No sound from videos or music • Quiet, crackling, or distorted audio • Alarms and ringtones barely audible • Speakerphone doesn’t work properly • Device was recently exposed to moisture or dust We’ll replace the loudspeaker module with a brand-new high-quality part and test your phone thoroughly to make sure you’re back to full volume. ✔ Replaces bottom loudspeaker module ✔ Restores volume for calls, music, video & alarms ✔ 90-day warranty (not covering accidental damage) ✔ Repair usually completed in 1 hour ✔ Audio fully tested before and after This is a separate repair from the ear speaker (used for regular phone calls) — but we can repair both during the same appointment if needed.
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected).
