If your iPhone 14’s loudspeaker is quiet, distorted, or cutting out, we’ll replace it with a genuine Apple part for perfect sound quality. Unlike some repair companies that use cheap copies, we only install authentic components to ensure the same rich audio, volume, and durability your phone had when it was new. Every repair includes full testing before return.
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected). Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty covering any faulty parts fitted during the service. ✅ If a fitted part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. ❌ Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair. 📍 Appointment Info All repairs are completed at our shop: 🧭 East Road – Next to Williamson’s Butchers 🚗 Free visitor parking available
