If your iPhone 13 Pro charges intermittently, won’t connect, or callers can’t hear you clearly, the charge port or microphone may be damaged. We’ll replace the complete assembly with a high-quality part, restoring reliable charging and crisp audio input. Every repair is professionally installed and fully tested.
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected). Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty covering any faulty parts fitted during the service. ✅ If a fitted part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. ❌ Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair. 📍 Appointment Info All repairs are completed at our shop: 🧭 East Road – Next to Williamson’s Butchers 🚗 Free visitor parking available
