Service Description
WiFi Flex Replacement service for the iPhone 17 Pro. This repair replaces the internal WiFi antenna flex responsible for wireless communication, signal stability and connection strength. A damaged WiFi flex can cause weak signal, intermittent drops, slow speeds or the device failing to detect networks. As the iPhone 17 Pro is the latest model, certain internal flex components may experience short supply delays due to high demand. If this affects your repair, we’ll contact you immediately after booking with an accurate ETA before we begin any work. Repair includes: • Removal of damaged WiFi antenna flex • Installation of OEM-grade replacement flex • Signal strength and connection testing • Full functionality check • Warranty on parts and labour We’ll complete the repair as soon as the correct part becomes available
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected). Repairs include a 3-month limited warranty covering any faulty parts fitted during the service. ✅ If a fitted part fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. ❌ Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair. 📍 Appointment Info All repairs are completed at our shop: 🧭 East Road – Next to Williamson’s Butchers 🚗 Free visitor parking available
