As the iPhone 17 Pro is the latest model, Deep Blue housing units may experience short supply delays depending on demand. If this affects your booking, we’ll contact you right after your order with an accurate ETA before any work begins. Your repair includes: • Removal of existing frame and back assembly • Installation of OEM-grade Deep Blue full housing • Transfer of all internal components • Button, camera and alignment checks • Full function testing • Warranty on parts and labour
Cancellation Policy
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. ⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee to cover allocated time. ⏱️ Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. Please let us know if you're running late. 🔍 Device Inspections All devices are inspected upon arrival. 🛠️ If additional issues are found during repair, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding. No unexpected charges. 💳 Payments Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person before the repair starts. We accept card, cash, and online payment. 🧰 Repair Parts & Warranty All parts used are high-quality or genuine (where selected).
